General Capital Residential Group is proud to announce its participation in Wisconsin’s Green Built Home program, a voluntary green building initiative that reviews and certifies new homes and remodeling projects that meet sustainable building and energy standards. We believe in building high quality homes that are better for the environment and better for your health. To demonstrate our commitment to these goals, we decided to participate in a rigorous certification program that ensures compliance with strict environmental and energy efficiency standards. Other builders may paint with broad brush strokes, but we decided to provide proof that our homes are different. Each unit will have its unique certification documents, so please ask to see the details for your particular unit in the development you are interested in.
